This is the perfect, sturdy pouch for keeping an epipen jr, a newly acquired, more slender, generic epipen (for kids bigger than 66 lbs), as well as an albuterol puffer and some bandaids. The cool part is, it could probably hold wayyyy more. For when we travel, I’ll throw my daughter’s chamber in there as well as a tube of neosporin to round out the all-in-one, mom emergency kit factor (without the first aid kit bulk and extraneous stuff).
Honestly, I waffled on spending $20 for a container to hold these things (because I’m thrifty, crafty, and I’m *sure* I could make one myself!) but really, it is SO nice to have everything in one secure, safe place, thrown in with all my other mom-stuff in my big ol’ mom bag.
I highly recommend the investment.
My son has asthma and food allergies so this medical case came in handy. It's much bigger than I thought. I carry his epi pins, Benadryl, inhaler, Albuterol and a pulse oximeter in it. It also comes with information cards and a warranty.
My granddaughter was so excited when I gave her this case. Now she has a special place for her epipen and inhaler. My daughter was appreciative of the readily available and easy to recognize container for her daughter's life saving meds. I also bought the yellow case for myself. I needed a travel case for 2 Humira pens to keep cool while flying. Unfortunately, I had to purchase another vendor's cool pack as PraMedic has not yet made them available. We are very happy with the cases. Thank you PraMedic!
With 2 kiddos with food allergies, these cases are a must have for our family. The 2 pockets on the left side allow us to carry Benadryl tablets, bandaids, Neosporin travel spray, alcohol cleansing wipes, etc. (basically a small first aid kit!) While I can fit an inhaler in between the 2 EpiPens, the accompanying spacers the boys use with their inhalers are just a little too big for the case. The carabiner clip and ability to wear with a belt will definitely come in handy this summer when my boys head off to scout camp and need to self-carry their medications. The medical information cards are also fantastic and great to have on hand for those who may need to treat my children in my absence such as at summer camp.
I wish this case was available in more colors as both my boys chose the orange color. I would have preferred they had chosen 2 different colors for easier identification in my handbag. The teal wasn't available when we ordered and the blue would have been nice but they didn't care for the artwork on the case. I wish this case was just a tad bigger to allow for their spacers but overall I am very pleased with this purchase and would definitely purchase again!
Being a traveler with severe allergies can be difficult at times. I used to have my epi pen and inhaler in my jean pockets, with the backups loose in my backpack. Now, I can have the ones in my pocket and the ones in my backpack organized!
If you are unable to reach what you need on your own, the bright color will alert others to your medical emergency! It may not look roomy in the photos, but it can hold two epi pens, an inhaler and other items that you may need. It also includes two belt loops, but I don't use those, so I cannot tell you how those work out.
I recently purchased this case for my daughter who has life threatening allergies to peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame seeds. We live in AZ where it obviously gets very warm out. I liked that this case was insulated to help protect her epipens. The case is very well made, much more compact than my last case. We’re very happy with our purchase and will definitely order again when she outgrows the cute pink patterns.
Love this bag! I can fit my 2 EPIPENS, inhaler, a small bottle of benadryl, and even my respirator face mask in this, and it still is compact, fits in my purse, and is still all easily accessible!! Plus there's a place for my rx list. And if that's not enough to be happy about there are various ways to carry it or hook it on to my stuff. Also, contacted them about getting my bag registered for the warranty and was contacted almost immediately. Very pleased all the way around.
Durable and compact yet big enough to hold 2 Epi pens, nasal spray, Claritin and other supplies. The case also includes a ICE card that you can attach your child's picture to and it opens so that you can write a detailed action plan inside. This case is perfect, it has everything that I need. I bought 2, one for my child's daycare and the other to carry with him at all times.
